Terms of Service

By using the National Solemn Assembly registration system, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Purpose

This system provides event registration, sign-in, email verification, registration management, notices, QR Code check-in, and administration features for the National Solemn Assembly.

The system is provided only for event registration, event operations, and on-site services.

2. Account and Sign-In

You must sign in with a Google Account to register or manage your registration.

You are responsible for keeping your account and registration information accurate and must not use another person's account or provide false information.

Administrative and check-in features are available only to authorized staff. You must not attempt to access protected features without authorization.

3. Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and reachable registration information so the event team can process registration, notices, and on-site arrangements.

If information is incorrect, duplicate, or incomplete, the event team may contact you for confirmation or adjust, suspend, or cancel the registration according to event rules.

Registration editing, cancellation, and deadline rules are governed by system notices or event team announcements.

4. Email Verification and Notices

After registration, the system may send an email verification message. Your registration status is updated to confirmed only after email verification is completed.

You agree that the system may send verification, check-in information, event reminders, and necessary administrative notices by email.

5. On-Site Check-In

The event team may use QR Codes, check-in gates, seat areas, and check-in status for on-site operations.

Please keep your QR Code or registration page secure and do not share it with unrelated people.

Seat assignments, check-in flow, transportation, and item pickup rules are subject to event announcements and on-site staff instructions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not submit false information, impersonate others, interfere with the system, bypass access controls, scan or attack the system, or use the system for unrelated or unlawful purposes.

If conduct violates these terms or affects event order, system security, or others' rights, the event team may restrict, suspend, or cancel related accounts, registrations, or permissions.

7. Service Changes

The event team may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features due to event needs, maintenance, security, third-party service issues, or force majeure.

We work to keep the system stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Updates

We may update these terms due to event, feature, or legal needs. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and the effective date shown here will apply.
